3 years ago today...

...we said "I do" & so far we have. go us!


it was the hottest day ever. seriously- like 95!


i think we snagged about 2 kisses the entire day. seriously- hectic.


besides the selective color (cringe) i love this one. because it shows what i did for half the day- pull my freaking dress up.


4 of the best friends ever.


i think my ring bearer asked me a million times if he was "done yet?"


my brother refused to smile. i wanted to end him.


the hub's best friend & best man. i'm pretty sure there was a line to dance with him. not me- him.

aaaand- there. it was an awesome day. i look back & i'm thankful that there are very few things i would change about that day.

the main one? my freaking photographer. honestly- he sucked. he was slow, all about posing & just plain...ugh. and let's be real- his quality of work? less than stellar.

but you get what you pay for! let this be a lesson to you kids!

then it was off to Hawaii for 2 weeks. oh glorious.

but it was worth it- freaking yeah it was. i want to live on that resort.

Hugo's on the Rocks. one of our favorite spots.

oh man. it was SUCH an awesome time. we started of on Oahu, then we hit The Big Island & wrapped it up on Maui. besides having alex, it was the BEST time we've ever had. probably because it's the only vacation we've ever had. yeah...we should work on that.

our goal is to live there one day. wish us luck.

hmm- so there you go. after that we went on to aquire another dog, another cat & sugar gliders. which left us with:
2 dogs
2 cats
2 sugar gliders

full house. the we tried to make a baby...and failed. but eventually (thanks to God & science) we got Alex- hooray!
then we bought a house & settled in. and had alex. and then made another baby.
..oh, and our sugar gliders died. very sad- but we're replacing them with chickens in august. so it's ok.

i'd say it's been a pretty good 3 years.
and i still love my husband. even though he doesn't courtesy flush.
